All morning, I was thinking about that awesome camp chair. Lol! Kyle and I were brainstorming on how I can drop 2 lbs of pack weight so I could carry that chair. Haha! I think I can do it. Hm, I gotta look up some info about that chair next time I get reception.
Sometime this afternoon a pack team passed by going south. They were headed towards burney falls state park. That was cool, I haven't seen a pack team since Yosemite area.
It's still toasty! Even at 6000-7000' elevation. But at least there was wind today!! Oh glorious wind! <3. Man I'm stoked to have my umbrella. I thought about dropping that to save weight (8oz) but I don't think I could. I like it too much and it's way too useful.
I saw Walking Stick today!! Oh my gosh I haven't seen him since Julian! Which was at mile 77! He was hiking with his dad initially, but now he's solo. Funny how you run into people you haven't seen in 4 months. Lol!
I think this is the chair you might be referencing. They have it at SportsLtd and every time I sit in it I think the same thing - it is worth the weight?
